55+ Well-Being Kits Doorstep Program

We are thrilled to announce we are now offering well-being kits to 55+ adults in Spence and Central Neighbourhoods! Kits contain art supplies from ArtsJunktion, well-being activities from Artbeat Studio, and up to date information on COVID-19, and older adult health from the Downtown Seniors Resource Centre, as well as goodies from Central!
The kits are available to those who live in the Spence and Central Neighbourhoods catchment (you can find our service areasĀ here), and can be delivered to the doorstep by safe, no-contact drop-off.
We acknowledge that older adults are more susceptible to social isolation, and want to ensure we are here to provide supports to those who might not access to online resources too.
Do you know anyone who can benefit? Let them know! Any questions, feel free to ask!
