CBTm Series starting March 11

It could be the cold, but how are you really doing? WRHA MyHealth Team presents: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy & Mindfulness (CBTm) Classes. Starting March 11th, the MyHealth Team will be presenting on CBTm training, Body/Mind connection with a Registered Dietitian, and skills to help you live a more mindful life!
Wednesdays from 11am-12:30 pm at 231 Isabel Street. Building is fully accessible, gender neutral bathrooms on site, bus tokens and light refreshments will be provided. Spots are limited, please contact Chance to register at:
